Hey!  I saw someone mention Switchfoot in the Mandy Moore thread.  I love them.  I saw them in concert back in 98.  They were really awesome, even then.  Their newest CD kicks ass too.

Yeah, they are a Christian rock band, though a lot of their songs can be interpreted in different ways....

*ears perk up* This I did not know. I like a couple of their songs a friend recommended like "Only Hope" and another one, but never knew that. I'll have to download more for sure!! Thanks Jess!

Last time I ran into them, my brother asked for an autograph.

They signed a shoe "Switchfeet" and then each signed the shoe individually.

Great guys, although Jon was trying to get my sunglasses. LOL.

Anyway, great band. Great music.

Last night I got a sampler CD with "Meant To Live" on it. Pretty decent track. So I got 5 tunes from them in my list now. All good stuff.

I like these cats.  Very cool tunes.  I really love the tune that they do in AWTR.  It is in the most perfect place fir the story of the movie.
