right now it's rapidshare because it seems that people have problems with yousendit. I'd like to know if there's a better option with bigger files. I'll send through whatever is easiest for everybody.

Ditto

I'd honestly rather go without my file than use those sites.

yousendit expires after 10 downloads so its pretty worthless.
there's one called oxysomething. AVOID it! My download choked everytime and ended up having to get the file from BitTorrent instead.
Rapidshare limits the amount of megs you can download in a day unless you subscribe to their service. lame.

From what I've seen, sendspace seems to be the best service.

hahaha yes! My favorite method too. I trust my own hosting before any free service. Just gotta keep an eye on bandwidth.

I have a question.  If you have a dynamic IP, what is the best redirect out there right now that you know of.  Especially if you are not worried about having ports chopped off because of bandwidth.  I'm researching this right now in case I decide to host a small personal site eventually.

I figure if anything you could copy and paste your new IP in some random old post in psuedo html on an unsuspecting forum everytime you turn your computer on and off and tell people to bookmark it. LOL j/k  Talk about skimming off the top of someone else's bandwidth.
