what also blew me away was meeting vanessa mom

she walked in the room and i had no idea who she was

but when she told me that she we v's mom, you could see that they were related. I just didn't take the time to notice when she walked in (my stomach was doing backflips)

I know that. Pay attention to what I said. I said it would be cool if she was a member, which she is not.

She's not but she often reads what we write here. So it's amost like she was a member.
And you don't have to take that tone with me kiddo, I understood what you said ;)

1) she didn't play spring street becuause she said she didn't play it on a piano (?) and wanted me to hear really piano driven songs

2) she played what I think will be the single off of the new album for reasons unexplainable untill spring 2007 when the album comes out (I pinky promised i woudln't tell any info)

3) I got her a breast cancer unicorn becuase she said in extreme home makeover that her aunt died from breast cancer, so iit meant more than just any unicorn

4) Vanessa brought her mom becuase she was the one who taught v how to play so she and vanessa were supposed to teach me

How long did the session go for? Was it really only half an hour? It sounds like you did a lot in that time!

Did you learn anything about playing piano?

I'm a little envious but you're a nice person so it's ok with me, hehe

the session lasted about 45 minutes

Vanessa said that i didn't need a piano lesson, but she wanted to make me start writing and her mom wanted me to start singing.

vanessa was explaining to me about inspiration and , when i got home, i wrote my first song.

its really great! my friend helped me write lyrics and now the song is stuck in my head

the single is beautiful. its an 11 out of 10

i won the piano lesson on EBAY for Musicians on Call
