my sister LOVES brooke white, i just told her and she got really happy. i really liked the girl who lost her voice, and the guy with the vocal chord paralysis. i too love the keyboardists, and brooke white too, but she looks kinda old to me, not saying shes ugly, shes really beautiful, but she just appears old

OKay so I don't think I have posted on this thread since the show started (maybe? I can't remember haha)
Anyway, after Hollywood week, I do have a few favorites: I like Kristy Lee Cook, the Irish girl is pretty good too.
I don't know who's gonna make it to the top 24 though.
I feel like the guys have been better so far and it sucks cause I like female singers better! :lol:

I love the irish girl and the guy who lives in his car, and it was pretty sad to see him choke on round two, but hopefully he will try really hard for next time to learn his songs.

Kristy Lee!
I think Michael Johns will probably win it this time. That Noriega kid can sing but he's so effeminate. It's distracting. David Archuleta keeps getting praise from the the judges but he should be good because he friggin won Star Search when Arsenio Hall hosted when he was 10. He isn't new to being on TV

wow, Paula & Simon really went at it after Danny's performance. I was like holy crap lol. Danny amuses me, yet I also find him incredibly annoying. I have a feeling him & Simon are gonna bicker after each performance whether he's good or not haha.

I liked David A's performance, Michael John's, and also the rocker Robbie's. I don't get the whole Justin Timberlake comment Ryan made about him though :? & whose the guy with the dreads? he was good too. He was the one on Cheyenne Kimball's show right?

& I couldn't even watch Garrett's performance, that was just..ew. Same with Jason Y's performance.

I loooved Idol tonight. It's about time Paula got some respect on that show, geez lol. It was totally surreal seeing her video on there. Too cool<3 How did you guys like it?

I'm happy with tonight's results except I liked the rocker chick. Oh well. And Syesha just became my 2nd favorite girl after last nights performance. Holy crap she was amazing.

And it's weird, I'm finding myself agreeing with Simon a lot this year. Usually I agree with Paula, but a lot of the performances I agreed with him like when he mentioned the boringness of some of them. I could barely sit through some of the performances. And I had trouble understanding Paula a lot of the times this week like Simon did..which is weird for me lol. Not being able to get out what I'm trying to say happens to me once in a while, usually when I'm stressed.

A few thoughts:

1) Some of the performances / song choices were SO ridiculously boring. What makes these people choose such dull songs and think that's going to get them votes?! It's common sense, people.

2) I hate it when they have all the contestants sing together on results shows. It's painfully cheesy. Do you guys agree?

3) Notice how all 4 who got voted off weren't shown very much, if at all, before this week? I wish they could even the playing field and give everyone an equal amount of camera time.
