Well for those who saw the track listing...

Was anyone else discouraged to see that "Moneymaker" was absent?

Then again it's not official, but ya never know

Yeah, I noticed that.
I'm hoping that it will be the hidden 11th track, since the listing we saw only had 10 tracks..

It might be on there, just under a different name. She's been known to change titles from time to time.

I agree.

Maybe she's sneaky enough to check the forums and found out that we think that "Moneymaker" sounds like a rapper song? LOL.

I heard a snippet of"Moneymaker". I only remember:

Shake ya money maker
Shake what mama gave ya

Kidding!

But yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if she left it off. We all thought "All Is Well" + "Best Behavior" would be on 'Heroes' and some people had a near heart attack when they didn't see them on there.

Off topic, but remember when she wanted "My Best" as the lead single too?

She's known to change things.

I-I think I love you. <3

Yeah, and we still have a lot of songs she's never even sang live or released as B-Sides.. Blue Ditty, anyone?

Wow, I'm seriously in awe that management stepped in xDD Even though it means the track listing got taken down, it's nice to know that V knows that we still love her and her music (hopefully V knows, not just her management!) And again, impressed by how much Nessaholics now :)

Anywho, I can't wait for the album..I still haven't listened to any of the live recordings yet..saving myself for the whole thing!!! <33 (maybe that's why I'm not so bothered about this lol)..fingers crossed it'll get released CD-form in Australia too!!!

Moneymaker, hmmm. When I think of what it could be about, immediately I think of Irv Gotti :/ and that he must have just seen Vanessa as a cash machine and a piece of meat.

Then I thought, hmmm, Irv gotti, Vanessa Carlton; and immediately thought of that song she played on Gotti's Way. Imagine, that would just be amazing.

I have such good feelings about this album, like someone has said before, the public is more open to different kinds of music these days e.g. Florence and The Machine, Marina and the Diamonds etc so maybe it will be better received that previous albums. I'd be glad if it was, but like most of you guys say, it's nice to have her to ourselves :)

So yeah, just thought I'd splurge loads of random thoughts on here :)
Thanks, James.

I would love nothing more than to see her have success. I don't even care if she puts out a "sell out" song (as long as the album isn't the same). She deserves success & recognition and I say it's about time she gets it. Every album she releases gets excellent reviews. She just needs better promotion and management.

I'm now used to the fact that she'll never have mainstream success again (unless she changes her sound), but I still think she should be recognised in the industry (Grammy awards, etc).

She just needs to perform on one high profile show and her profile will shoot up and the rest is up to her.

If that song is on the album I might die. Litterally. But I'm afraid it won't (okay, good for me, this way I'll stay alive :)) because I believe she wrote the whole record after writing first "London". Won't lose any hope though :)
