If they're expecting great sales (first week and/or overall) then they need to start promoting HARD. But again, that's something that should have been sorted out months ago. Who announces a release date and THEN thinks "oops, I wonder if the distributors can actually distribute the album from that day on?" or "oops, I just remembered we have to actually promote this album if we want it to sell"? Not saying that happened at all, but if that is the reason it's been delayed then it makes me question their professionalism. I mean, I don't think it's that ... this label have been around for years & released many albums from other artists so it's not like they're new to the whole process. It must be something important though to delay an album three weeks before it's scheduled to be released.
An explanation really would be nice.
