He is one of the guitarists for Evanescence. He makes it look so easy, and I just think he is pretty cool. Kind of how I wanted to emulate Kirk Hammett before him

I'm not very good at anything because I don't practice, but I have proven capability at Clarinet (mainly Bass Clarinet), Saxophone, Cornet, Euphonium, Sousaphone (the big marching Tuba), Typewriter (it's used in some operas), and Piano. I can't play the first thing on a Guitar, but I'm willing to learn. I'm also convinced I can play a Drum Set, but I have yet to sit down at one.

I would love to, but I don't have one and I don't currently know anyone who has one, not since my cousin's band broke up. Funny thing is, I play riight mirror-image from how most people play, so I have to watch drummers from in front to see what they're doing.

Now I've finally got some money coming in, I'm going to fulfil an ambition of mine and get a guitar this month. I know full well that I won't have the time to practice properly and I always sucked at the arts, but I'm gonna blow the cash and get one all the same

Should be fun at least.

I play the drums. And the guitar and piano. But the last two not very well. I mean, I can PLAY How's it Going to Be on the guitar, but it's horrid. It's D, A, G . . . The verses, yep. And I can play your occasional riff or whatnot, but nothing worth listening to. Unwell on the drums is hard! 'Cause there's the 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and, but the bass (I think) drum is all fast and all in between "and" and "3," much too confusing for one such as I. I'm not coordinated enough, no.

I have a friend who's been playing guitar for years, I'll just blindly get what he tells me

Do you have any recommendations for a beginners guitar? I really don't want to start out on an acoustic, do you think that's a bad idea? (starting straight on electric)
