I know i go on about it, but i just actually couldn't believe the size of the portions there- it was just absoloutely mad. Like why would you want that much to eat!? Anyway, i have weened myself completely off fizzy drinks and junk food (well almost the junk food!)- and now i drink only water, and i feel much better for it. I get really tired and i find that stopping junk food and fizzy drinks has really helped. I also east celery when i want junk food cos it has the same crunch you want from that craaap.

Both of my bosses are on Southbeach. Its like a toned down version of atkins. you can have some carbs after the first two weeks, and it stresses healthier meats and fats. My bosses are physical therapists and very knowledgeable in physiology so I respect their opinion when they say its a good system. It worked for them. However, I personally am sick of hearing about how evil carbs are. I looooooooooove carbs! They are my friends. *eats sugary candy and bread*
