you just aren't capable of understanding my high class, sophisticated northern ways, joey :-P

and freezing cookies works, trust me. freezing fudge, not so much. fudge you just have to leave out and eat. freezing it makes it hard as a freaking rock and then when you DO defrost it it just isn't that good anymore.
