Are you afraid of the dark? The secret world of Alex Mac? Rocko's Modern Life, Wild & crazy kids, the original All that cast, Pete & Pete, Clarissa explains it all...

OMG, I remember watching all of those...The one I miss most is Rocko's Modern Life.  That silly wallaby, lol.  "All That" is absloutely horrible now.  I watched an episode recently and it was just inexplainably pathetic.  There was absolutely NO humor at all.  The "All Grown" Rugrats sucks too.  But at least occasionally they run some of the older shows.

Alex Mac, Afraid of the Dark, Clarissa, Pete & Pete, Doug, Real Monsters, those were awesome.  I wish Nick would show reruns.

*cries over space cases*

By all means a Retro Nick would rock, because this new shit sucks for the most part, like this horrible new All That. If I was TLC, I'd sue so they can't use my song anymore.

Amanda

Very much so, I was always really scared of Are You Afraid of the Dark?

lol

erm, I loved Hey Dude and Salute your Shorts.

I would love the song, "Camp..." yeah. I dont know how to spell it.

 :D

Ren and Stimpy was always my favorite when my parents weren't around, because they would not let me watch it.

:(

they should TOTALLY bring back all the old shows!! i was TERRIFIED of are you afraid of the dark? but actually i'm sure if i watched it now, i'd think it's kinda lame. but i'd still watch for memories.

everyone who's saying all that is stupid now and not funny, are you sure that's not because we're older? and we think that kind of humor is dumb only because our sense of humor is more mature? i really don't know cuz i've never watched one single episode that jamie lynn spears is in. i'm just saying...

Actually the rugrats aren't "rugrats" anymore, they are "all grown up" ahh I don't even watch it anymore, I used to be like obsessed with that show! And with Doug! Before it got all weird, I liked the very original

yea! I totally forgot how they changed Doug. it totally turned me off to the show.

ahh....the good old days. I was sorta young back then, only 6 or 7 in the late 90's, but i was liked HOOKED to Nick. So i saw some of the shows like Clarissa Explains it all, Alex Mac occaisonally, All That, and the Amanda Show
But what i mainly watched were the nicktoons like Doug, Rocko, Rugrats,Rocket Power and Hey Arnold!
Most of you probably don't remember this show cos it premiered in the early 2000's, but As Told By Ginger. It was about a nerdy girl in middle school, who loves to write, and along the way is going through expiriences that most teens face along with her friends Dodie, Macie, and Darren (who eventually comes popular, and her boyfriend after he gets his headgear off).
The show got canceled in 2005, and she was only through her first year in high school. Man, i loved that show. Sometimes, late at night, it still comes on Nicktoons, and i watch it, just for fun. It's funny...it still does what it used to do to me when i was about 8 or 9; enjoying every minute, hanging on to every word, and when you see those credits up on the screen, there's such an ache in you like "it's....really....over?"
Ginger just reminds me so much of myself, and i can relate so much right now, currently going through my middle school years.
I miss it to death :(

Ha...are you afraid of the dark scared me, so i never watched it :(
but i'd do anything just to see one episode.

I can't really remember some of the older nickelodeon shows, and I'm probably not old enough to remember some of them that you guys do, seeing as some of you are close to ten years older than I am, but isn't CatDog an older one? I saw it recently sort of, but I used to love that show.
That's what she said.

Oh, that's cool! I think "Hey Arnold!" was on Nickelodeon, wasn't it?
I used to watch that everyday after school.
