Which is a better album?

Christina Aguilera's "Stripped"
or...
Britney Spear's "In The Zone"

to calm the storm in my heart
i've never been the praying kind
but lately i've been down upon my knees
not looking for a miracle
just a reason to believe"

Stripped, Christina Aguilera is a great singer in my opinion, I love her voice and every song by her is just so amazingly done.

:D

Christina is a MUCH MUCH more talented musician/singer- her voice is just way beyond Britney's. Even if you don't like her image, personality etc i don't really think you can argue with her musical ability.

She has a good voice. But that doesn't make her musically able (at least in my opinion). To have musical ability you need to be able to write well. An ability that neither Britney or Christina posess (or whoever writes their songs). Their image fills in the gap (because people let it, sadly).

I hate them both ;-)

You don't think she can write well? Hmmm i suppose that is a matter of opinion- but i do think she writes well.

Yeah, i hate them both but that doesn't stop one from blatantly being better than the other. lol

It is indeed.

If songs are badly written, a good voice can't make them any less cringeworthy ;-) So they're both equally bad.

But don't you think Christina's are at least marginally better than Britney's? The lesser of two evils!? c'mon!

Sorry. If anything I prefer Britney. I've never heard a Christina song that I was even close to liking.

*whispers* Keep it to yourself, but I actually liked Stronger by Britney :-\

But, of course, I'm no absolute authority on music. I suppose Christina is better, in terms of technical musicianship.
