Yeah, BUUUUUUT we HAD the lead in the 4th. If the D had protected it then Carson wouldn't have been forcing throws trying to win in the 2 minute drill. He could have made safe throws and protected the lead with the running game.
Our D had already LOST that game. Carson was just trying to come back and save it.
Also, we have played 3 of the top 8 defenses in the NFL already this season. So it's not like he's beating up on the cardinals here.
Edit: I've had Ghisy on ignore so long I wouldn't even know he was trying to help me.
Yeah, I guess. Our D did lose the game, but Carson could've controlled at least 1 of the interceptions. The other one, though. I applaud whoever caught that, that was pretty amazing. And I hope so badly that we improve over the break. Are the Browns any decent this year? Quite frankly, I only follow/pay attention to the Bengals and the Panthers (who SHOULD have won the Super Bowl last year, but their kicker choked)
Yeah, now that I think about it, we have played a lot of the really good teams, specifically defensive. But we need to step up our level of play a notch or two.
Ghis? Ignore? ... Eh, I can't find an icon to put here, so I'll put this one. :drunk:
The Browns are 2-2, but mostly cause of some really bad plays by the opponents.
Lee Suggs is back and he's for real legit as a RB. So he's gonna be hard to stop. But we should have both our safeties back. So our D should be better. Caleb Miller (our rookie middle LB) will keep getting better too.
With everyone back, we SHOULD beat the Browns.
But, if we had everyone healthy I think we'd be a 3-1 team right now. I mean, we are THAT close. Our running game is playing well. Our corners are MUCH improved.
We just gotta get people healthy.
