vampires.... I like it
Everything changes Friends become strangers
What we hold so dear slips away
The past keeps on fading, but I'll never forget you

Yeah he's full of himself, he's a total dick but that doesn't make him a bad musician.

Okay, you people are freaking me out.  Except that I'm almost a year older and born in a completely different part of the country, I sometimes feel like I could be Vanessa's long-lost twin! 8O

 Okay, maybe I'm exaggerating a little there, but if Vanessa has those thoughts behind "The Wreckage", then I'm really freaked out because when I'm driving (especially at night), I feel so trusted because everybody's lives who I meet are in my hands.  Sometimes I get almost fixated on their headlights and just start thinking about how easy it would be to cause a disaster.  That explanation makes so much sense, but I would never have thought someone, anyone, would ever have written a song about those feelings.  It freaks me out.  Completely! 8O

If you are bitten by a vampire, yes, you become (almost) immortal, but if you are eaten by a vampire, I'm pretty sure you get completely digested.  Ew. :?

"Afterglow" seems to be about my favorite to listen to on the album; I always seem to be reaching for the volume slide when it comes on.  And you say Victoria is still alive?   :) I think that will make it so much easier to listen to "Annie" without getting too emotionally pashed.

She does. V was talking about how even though she changed the name for the song because it sings better, she was still so pleased to have a song written about her  :D
