White; 1983 F.E. Trimbach Pinot Gris (Alsace, France) at over 18 years old

Red; 1983 Ch. Léoville Poyferré (Bordeaux, France) at over 20 years old. I
have actually sampled lots of '83s; it was a great year in Bordeaux and as
such clients have brought this particular vintage of Bordeaux more often -
the oldest Bordeaux I've seen(but not tasted) was a 1949 Ch. Margaux :P

careful putting animals in. one time my dad put a load of whites in to the dryer and all of a sudden we heard this thudding sound. We opened it up and my all white cat had jumped in without us noticing  8O he was only in it for a few seconds so he wasn't hurt, but we felt like the biggest idiots in the world, haha.
