I don't know if many of you have participated in Secret Santa but we're doing it at my work and damn if I didn't get the person who organized the dang thing and is the most critical person evar.

We had to fill out this sheet and she doesn't have a favorite candy and put things like ALL as her favorite store. Um, okay that doesn't help. Thanks though.

I was wondering if you all had any ideas. So far I only got her favorite candle scent.

I'm doing the same thing at work, I got my Co-Worker Maria and I have no idea what she wants...I'm going to ask around though.

Its tough!

gift cards. they show that you put enough thought in to going to their favorite store, but saved them from the pain of pretending to like a present you got them that they really hate and will later have to return.

Well since for her favorite store she put all. That doesn't help. I think she did name her favorite restaurant. I was thinking of a Starbucks card. Everyone loves a Starbucks gift card.  8)

You are so right though, I hate to get stupid stuff.

I am just like, what is the point of a questionnaire if you don't answer the questions.

oohh i thought you meant like, a store called All. wow. *stupid moment over*

i would enjoy a starbucks card. or better yet, a Barnes & Noble card. ohh yess, that's like crack for this lit major :-P

maybe try and weazle some stuff from her next time you see her at work. Like "hey, i was shopping at __ store, and i found this really cool ____, you find the coolest stuff there" and see what she says. that opens up room for her to respond with "yeah, i've always wanted ___, but have never gotten around to buying it."

It's simple, just give her money, $25-$50. That way, she can buy whatever she wants for herself.

Haha, good one. I do have an extra one, autographed even. I will have to see if she will actually appreciate it. I have already given out a few.

Keith, I guess the critisism will be that I didn't put thought into it.

She put all for favorite color too...  who does that?

I always get someone I don't particularly like for Secret Santa.  It's God's way of punishing me by making me buy a gift for someone i'd rather not be nice to.
