Hey! I heard "Ordinary Day" today too! I was in a water park and I was swimming and all of a sudden I heard V's voice! Just a day, just an ordinary day... and I was like "Yeah! I love this song!" and I started singing along to it and everyone in the pool thought I was a psycho.

its not quite a hearing, but i had nothing to do at work and i was reading people magazine last week and there was a little blurb on the "seen and heard" section that vanessa was in miami and loved this guy's house, and instead of settling with a post card of it, she whipped out her camera and took her own pics =) haha

I was sitting in my mom's car listening to the radio and ATM came  on the radio and I freaked out and started blasting it as loud as I could tolerate it!!!! :lol:

'kay, so i was driving in my car today flipping through radio stations just for the heck of it, and i happened to hit on the local lite listen-all-day-at-work-station just in time to hear them announce that they would play peabo bryson, VANESSA CARLTON, etc., after the break.

v fan that i am, i got all excited about hearing v on the radio and i kept that station on all through the commercial set... zzZZzzz

then peabo bryson singing "if ever you're in my arms again"  zzZZzzz  zzZZzzz...

then the bee gees singing "how deep is your love".... zzZZzzz zzZZzzz zzZZzzz

then listened to the dj talk over the intro to, as she called it, "ONE thousand miles"   :lol:  ...

only to have that followed by an elton john song.... zzZZzzz
oh, what i put up with just for the joy of hearing v on the radio!!  :lol:

but seriously, i hope v has some new stuff ALL OVER the radio and SOON so i don't have to tune in to the extra-extra-lite rock stations just to hear her over the air waves!!!

'white houses' in an apple store in the uk, and the  'a thousand miles' video gets played sometimes on smash hits tv channel.  :D

at the mall and its 2007 so people still like her they played Ordinary Day. Than a few weeks ago they had A thousand Miles on Hit List of Music CHoice on Comcast Cable.

I work at best buy and I hear/see it on the televisions all the time, I start ignoring customers and singing along. What can I say? Vanessa Carlton comes first! It makes the mornings worthwhile.  :razz:

Okay, weirdest VC hearing ever: I heard like 5 seconds of "Rinse" on the French version of American Idol.
Only a true Nessaholic would have been able to recognize the song. 8)

(I usually hate the French version but my co-worker watches it so she got me watch it too so we can talk about it the next day... :oops: )

French Idol with the beatboxer? My French teacher made us watch those clips on Youtube in class. Haha.

Yup, it's actually called "Nouvelle Star" (New Star) and yes it's the same season.
