#2. If someone wanted to hack up one of MY songs like that, I'd be snotty, too. Those people were freaking idiots and their lyrical suggestions were crap... I'd want to punch them in the face.

I respectfully disagree :) I think she handled it very well, and it's understandable why she got frustated. I'm not just saying this because I'm fan of V, but a lot of the other celebritys who were punk'd reacted a lot worse :)

the average person woulda tore into me and defended Van to a hilt, and they don't even know Van like that! but well said, though, b/c i went to MTV.com and watched some of the episodes and watched how some of those folks acted and made a spectacle of themselves. but some of people need to understand that i'm not as crazy about Vanessa as they are; i'm just in it for her music and talent; nothing more, nothing less.

I haven't read all the posts... so forgive me if someone has already expressed this... but people seem to be taking this way too seriously... eg. the lyrical suggestions... were SUPPOSED to be crap, which is why they were funny... if they were serious suggestions, it wouldn't be funny to watch... come on, 'my first time, riding a bike... that would explain the blood'!? its so stupid it's funny
