C.S. Lewis' The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe Book/Film
« on: April 12, 2005, 09:15:41 pm »
I bumped into this whilst in an online search for Unicorns (which feature in
both the book and plays based on it) and was reminded of the enchanting
world that C.S. Lewis so vividly created in The Chronicles Of Narnia series >
perhaps my all-time favourite children's books and much anticipated film/s!

Film due 12/09/05

I CAN'T WAIT!  i'm so excited for this film.  there's lots of other books coming to film this summer too- Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

September i would say. As we non-Americans do the date logically.

And how in the world is that more logical? Either works fine, it's just a matter of what you're used to.

So I'm currently reading the books.
I've already read The Magician's Nephew and I'm halfway through The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
Pretty cool stuff to read :)
The 1st movie is due Dec 9th in the US and comes out Dec 20th here! (woot, we don't have to wait for too long for once!)
I can't wait to see what it looks like on the big screen, the trailers look great!
