Oh I definitely agree it is a step in the right direction. The album sounds good... but there's something kinda off about it, but maybe that's just me. Sometimes it seems too light or something.

The new song is just awesome and amazing I think she has grown from the whole bubble gum pop crap. Shes amazing. beautiful voice too!

not sure but I don't think it sold that many on the Billboard 200 chart for albums it debuted at # 30 and than this following week dropped down to #66.

yeah i used to like mandy but she annoys me sometimes and i think she tries to hard to be different.........

I read a review that said that the Wild Hope was musically very impressive but that the songs were not memorable, and that is the album's downfall. I think that explains it pretty well. The melodies are pleasant and the music is well put together, but the songs lack a memorability to them. After you listen to the album, it all just blends together as one nice sounding thing.

Hopefully, as she releases more albums and becomes a better songwriter, we'll hear a more distinctive album from Mandy.

I just saw her in Dayton and she was AMAZING. She looked gorgeous and she is just as good, if not better, live. It was a 30 minute-ish acoustic set and she was awesome.



And here's a video... at about 1:20 in the video, she made eye contact with me for about 5 seconds and she smiled cause I was singing along. I don't think anyone in there knew her new songs at all. Kinda sad. But I was singing along to everything and she noticed and I was happy.

The guitarist she has with her looks like Michael Chaves from Low Millions. I wonder if that is him, I saw on his site he had been doing some TV tapings with Mandy.

i totally saw her a tthe roxy on june 27th, she was fantastic. but she couldve done her hair cuter and worn a nicer outfit. for Gods sake mandy ur a celebrity put some chanel on and how about some louboutins ?!
