Apparently so! It's taken No Doubt 5 years and you're complaining that Nessa's taken 15 months? =) I hope she'll switch labels. I know A&M is with Interscope, but Interscope seems to care a bit more (try miles and miles more) about their artists.


Frankly, it wouldn't matter to me if it takes No Doubt another 15 years to put out another album.  That's just not a big priority to me.  Vanessa Carlton is just completely another story.




Yes, quite honestly i also don't care if No Doubt takes another 15 years or not, i just want Vanessa's 3rd album...and i also have to work on the whole patience thing :-P

I was just giving an example, lol. And frankly, I would care. I love Vanessa, but I like No Doubt a bit more, and am more anxious to hear new No Doubt songs than Nessa's. I'll buy both of the albums when they come out.

Well, it sucked soo bad with Harmonium when they kept pushing things back, hopefully we can get a set date that won't change on us.....I've been doing okay with the whole waiting thing, but I'm starting to get ancy...If it weren't for Bjork and Fiona Apple I would have gone crazy by now.  It's been almost about a year since she debuted her new songs.

Bjorkify your life. I love Bjork. But the thing with Nessa is that she releases random songs onto the internet (or at least, they leak onto the internet) between albums. She's had six or seven songs released (or, once again, leaked) since Harmonium.

...which I am grateful for. But waiting for the new album sucks! I was patient but now it's getting ridiculous coz we have no updates! No mere scraps of hope for us to feed on!

She'll be posting an update soon, V isn't the type of person to leave us hanging, we all know that.  I wonder if Blender Magazine will cover it and what not.  We should write to Blender and tell them to do a story about how stupid her record company was-they love her.  (Blender)  She's been mentioned in the last 2 issues cause I guess she went to the 5th year birthday bash for Blender.  I'm gonna write them.

The way I waited for Harmonium and it took an eternity, I really won't get eager this time about her third record......

I think in August of 2007, this album probably will be out...

That's sooo not gonna happen!  This is almost like last year, when she finished Harmonium and then we had to wait like how many months to have it released?!  Wouldn't it be funny if it was released on the year anniversary of Harmonium!
