I have just thought of finding the studio where she recorded. there is the website http://www.realworldstudios.com/ I haven't browsed it yet so I don't know what they have there. but it's nice to see where it all happened... the recording I mean

I know I clubbed my points in the last response to the thread (which is why no one has considered some VITAL points I think I raised there (kidding... I'm not THAT pretentious )...) so I'm bringing to light two important observations:

Does the video imply there's gonna be a "Pleased to meet you" Part Deux?

... And does anyone love how gracefully she does that dance step she does ... It's so infectious... She's like a little pixie when she does it !

But seriously... you think we're gonna be blessed with a DVD??? Cos it seems like they had a camera recording the whole thing!

Yeah, I actually think there will be a DVD for this. Well, I would hope so. I would LOVE a mini web series of a "making the album" like Sara Bareilles did with her 'Kaleidoscope Heart' thing - she sent updates every week in the form of a vlog and you got to see songs being created, her thoughts, inside the studio, etc.

I also love the little dance she does, and the fact that her and Ari are hanging out in the yard (I am assuming that's Ari, it kind of looked like him).  I really hope there is a DVD or at least a pleased to meet you take two.

I might be the only one here but, i kinda think that a dvd is not necessary, I mean, she could just release the videos online like a lot of artist nowdays do as u all say, and no, this would not mean less benefits, the contrary, selfpromotion. She should approach more to the world using Internet, It's how it works now. Nobody discovers a musician or an album on a record store or by watching the tv (mtv, vh1) anymore. Said that, thats why i was reeeaaaally happy when i saw she put a video on the site

Yeah, the vlogs, tweets, and social media messages will be important if she's looking for commercial appeal. Even if not it will help spread the word to some of her other dedicated fans who may have moved on but are still in the inner NESSAholic circle and will eventually get word of the new material.

she should do both.  I think having a hard copy of everything is important to her (hello, she's taping on analog) and it's important to us (well at least me).  As much as the digital age is taking over, I love having CDs and books.  I've only bought a handful of digital songs and books for my eReader.  I think initially having everything online is a smart promotional move, but eventually, there should be a dvd of some sort.
