I'm in the process of writing a script for a feature film.  Here's the synopsis.  Does it sound like something you'd see?  If so, let me know.  If not, that's cool too.  I love all opinions, even the ones I don't like. lol  It's being considered either way.  Well, here goes.

Alison is a 25 year old hard-hitting journalist living in New York.   She's subpeonaed to appear in court in Los Angeles the next day.  She discovers that the man on trial is the love of her life; a man she left five years ago.  She has seven hours to decide the fate of this man by lying to the courts and setting him free, or telling the truth and sending him to jail.

Well that's it.  The title roles would be played by a Natalie Portman/Keira Knightly type and a Colin Farrell with the accent type.  There's more detail if wanted, but that's the extremely basic bit of it.

No worries, it most definitly is.  Nobody's stolen any of my ideas yet, so I'm good to go.  Plus if someone did, they'd be sued in court. lol.  Then they'd never find work again.

It sounds really good, but ur not supposed to know the person on trial, are you? I thought it was against the law :? so if she told the truth and wanted to do the right thing, wouldn't she not be on the jury?
don't know anythin about law or if what I said is right! but  :oops: yeah

No worries, what you say is true.  There are many twists and turns in her life, leading up to this point, that make it possible for her to know exactly who it is.  There's a whole lot I haven't said, as to keep it more of a surprise.

I don't go to see alot of movies. I mostly like comedy, but that definatly sounds cool!

If I get to S-T-A-R as her Scottish/Italian :D cab-driver always, not to mention the only female cab-driver, in NYC, I've ever heard of :D

It is a very interesting concept, I just don't go to movies much so I'd need extra motivation  :razz:.

Natalie Portman and Kiera Knightly look similar. Kiera kinda looks like a cross between Natalie and Winona Ryder. And your movie sounds REALLY good, I'll probably go see it.
