Basically, mods have power to delete, edit, and moderate within what ever forums they are assigned to. As where Admins have power over all of the forums and can create new forums if they wish. Also Admins can make names, bestowe icons upon members, etc. Plus they have all the perks of mod-dom ... at least that is the way I understand it :?
