I mean yeah, it totally sucks... but an extra 21 days isn't going to kill us considering that we've been waiting 8+ months already from the first time they said when it would come out, LOL.  :)

Well I heard confirmation from VC's management yesterday, they noted it was to allow more time for promotion and ensure it get's maximum exposure.

Vanessa pretty much stated the same thing earlier today.

V's part is done so I think any pushing back at this point is more the label and not Vanessa...

It kind of makes sense...but any exposure and push from Interscope it gets is just going to be SQUASHED the next week when Em's CD comes out, because you know they are going to put all of their efforts into pushing that  :?

I know VC has confirmed that Nov 9 is the new release date for Harmonium but i guess they haven't notified all their retailers, b/c Look what Amazon.com added to it's store:


Also Notice how it also says "Enhanced" instead of saying there will be a dvd...

bleh the same thing was done for Ben Jelen's cd. :-/ I guess it's good in a way that it will give, like they sad, Vanessa some more exposure and such, but crappy for those of us that have been waiting so fricken long. ah well.

Some info for the Japanese release:
- it seems like A&M has officially cancelled the dvd edition for Harmonium in Japan,
- the regular (and now only) edition for the album is now scheduled for Oct 21st 2004 instead of Oct 13th 2004.

It's been cancelled for Japan for sure, maybe not for the US.
