It was supposed to be on Harmonium,
But V said it just wasn't suited to be an album song.

Now do Burden!  Please?  ^__^  Haha, I've been asking for ages but no one seems to want to do it...  Which surprises me since it seems like it would be easier than some other songs.

Study theory. Try to play by ear. Play lots of vocal accompaniment music. You do all that enough, you'll catch on eventually.

Your question is like asking how to paint. There is quite a bit to it.
