ok so heres my whole day.

>>
blah blah blah, blah blah blah
so my parents drive me to my sisters appartment and then my mom desides to go with me and my sister because my brother-inlaw couldnt come .. so my dad just stayed at the appartment and waited for us to get back..

blah..

so the traffic was HORRABLE i thought i was gonna be late.. but it turns out we got to the parking lot place thingy at about 8:50 so we still had some time.
blah blah parked, freaked out, left my recorder in the car shamefully. put the camera in my moms purse and blah we walked like 1 block and were there, that parking lot was really close.
blah so we're in after seeing that they didnt really check people
so anywho got the camera from my mom and told them im going as close to the front as possible, and blah blah i did. but was like i'd say about 5-6 rows of people from the stage. basically only moved up a tiny bit between those people & low millions part by the way, Low Millions RoX0Rz! wOO! :D  i <3ed nikki and elanor and the other songs too (100 blouses etc.) anywho i noticed i saw katia, and i was like is that katia?? then during the low millions show the guy from LM talked to her or something saying she was at the last show, and then i was like oh, it must be katia then

after the LM show, i still couldnt move forward :-\
and there were strange people sitting on the floor next to me and it made me feel uncomfortable like i was gonna trip over them :?
so anywho randomly i see nicole turn around and say "Andrew!" and then motion for me to come over there, so there was my excuse to get up front so i was like weeeee, excuse me can i get through, and BAM! up front!
Thank yoU!!!!1
and blah blah blah i talked to people while waiting for Vanessa to come on.
and then Vanessa just came on and sat down right away and started playing Papa without saying anything before :-\
but wOO nice song for an intro

papa --
of and she'd do these little things on the piano before each song and even while she was talking, it was so cool, but at first i was freaking out i thought, AHHHH! shes doing a new song!!!!!!!!!!!! then i was sadly mistaken
 san francisco was great
ordinary day with devide and conquer lyrics! wonderful
 who's to say magical
 swindler ! yay!
 white houses! woo!
 afterglow sexy
morning sting !! AH!!!! I was freaking out.
woOOOOO!
to be able to hear it again was such a great thing. as she sung it i was just so happy. i heard a line and thought - oooo i remember that.
<333333
It was great!

c'est la vie was done on the special piano, and she told us a story about how she accidently pressed the wrong thing on it and it started like playing a demo and she was worried that people might think that she was a lip-sinker(yeah i cant spell it) and it was funny cause shes like you never know who does that now a days ::coughsimpsoncough::
it was great it sounds cool on that piano thingy

 wanted was sexy

she float ooo so great, i wanted her to scream, but of corse she didnt.    8)

rinse :: sexyyyy she told the story about her friend and blah blah blah.

half a week before the winter was great! right before it she said that her family was here, and that her HaWBtW was her mother's favorite song off the new album.she also mentioned that when she watches vampire movies that the moment when a vampire was just about to bite your neck, she thought it would feel wonderful  8O woah. yeah strange.. lol   she said like "well oh corse then the blood comes out and its horrable, but right at that moment, it just looks like it would feel good" or something like that.

annie was great. just so wonderful :D  i loved it
she mentioned about Victoria and that she's 4 and a half and that when she visited her or something, she held onto her neck and just wouldnt let go and she was whispering the words to her song into her ear, and it made her[vanessa] cry.

the wreckage --well she said how it wasnt a secret anymore about how its a secret track, and that we shouldnt stop after #10.
it was great, she said that shes like the worst driver ever and that her mom can prove it  and that how she used to have dreams about just getting indo a car accident just for thrills. heh.

 a thousand miles
she said she'll be playing this song for the rest of her life

 *encore*
yeah she left the stage and the lights went off, but everyone kept on clapping and she came back like 1 minute later and played Twilight
twilight was great.
at the end she did a few poses and left.
the whole thing was so great, it's the best live performance thingy i've ever been to!!!!
i mean that.

i managed to take ...i'd say about 10 pictures of vanessa.
i cant get them developed today cause the place is closed on sunday, but i will very soon, i just hope the scanner quality is alright, and that the pictures turned out good :-\

bleh oh yeah and my toes were going numb near the end from stanging so long :-\
but its alright i just ignored it and i actually did forget about it because of Vanessa's wonderful music

grr stupid concrete floor.
and it WAS hot in there, Vanessa even said it was hot, lol she started playing a song then like 3 seconds into it and stoped and said it was hot :-\
thankfully they put the AC on but meh didnt help much
anywho

afterwards i went to the doorway outside thingy where i saw they were selling VC stuff!!! WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
the Hoodie was sexy so i bought one!
and i got a Patch too.

but OMG!!! anyone else buy the Hoodie??????

Look at the back of it!!!
it says "HARMONIUIM" they spelled 'Harmonium' wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont care though, its still an awesome hoodie.
but lmao! they spelled Harmonium wrong! wtf? LMAO! thats so pathetic.
 if you all want i'll take a picture of it, and i can get it up today even cause i'll take the pic with my digital camera.

and WOAH on our way back, my sister got pulled over for speeding (speeding on a highway, and there were sirens[well maybe not sirens, but lights.. ]
 ) yeah its a new car and she's not used to it yet, and it's all smooth riding and hard to tell how fast you're going unless you look at the speedometer.

well it pulled us over and there were two cops (this was the first time i was ever in a car that got pulled over :!:   ) wow, the guy at the driver seat window said that this was being audio and video taped! wtf? o_O whats up with that? .....weird.. and there was the other cop on the other side of the car and he was shining a flashlight st my face and all around the car and i was so nervious.. O_O ahhh.
blah blah blah $165 ticket
that majorly sucks.
but whatever my night was SO awesome except for that minor thingy with the cops.
they're at full force on a halloween night :-\

anyway, WOAH! it was FOGGY!!!!!!!
so freakin foggy on the way back to her appartment! wow.

yeah yeah yeah so we got there, then left to go home, and its like 1:00 am or something  8O
so i basically slept the whole way back, and we got home at like 3:00 AM, but then we had to set the clocks back an hour, so really it was only 2:00 am YAY!    :D  heheh

then i was too tired to do anything so just plopped in bed and slept until now.
weeeeeeee.
so that was my magical day!
and yes, my mom and sister both liked the music!
 :D

if i think of anything else important to say, i will  :)

best review ever Andrew! :D  8O  8)

It was a really cool show, minus all the people that have to sing really loud to the BnN songs. I know all the words to all the songs but I came to see and hear V. It's cool I guess for like the singles but come on people. It's cute I guess that they are so excited but come on people.

I was bummed about the no camera thing cause well it sucks that other people got theirs, flash and all and nothing happened to them. But I didn't come over 2k to get kicked out so I wasn't going to risk it. There was great light too my pictures would have been nice.

It was cool to meet some new people, Kristen, Steve and Andrew even though we were a body apart.

It was cool to see Nicole again after so long (4/30/04) and her sister (I hope she is feeling better.) Thanks for holding it down (the line).

It's was nice to see Dan, Taylor, Nicole and Katia again.

I was so glad she felt up to doing "Annie." We were scared at first cause we could see the setlist and she passed right over it. I am really loving "Morning Sting" too.

Maybe the hoodie is $25 cause of the mistake? I hope they know there is a mistake but probably not.

Yah, I wrote that earlier... the only reason I was thinking that was because last tour, weren't the hoodies like 40 or more?  That is why I never ended up buying one...

also, there was only 1 opening band in philly, right?  I'm hoping there will only be one tuesday.

I guess it depends on the venue then maybe  :?. It was only Low Millions at Park West, but at one point I think there was a discussion about their being another opening band.

Thanks for posting the images of the hoodie.  I love the logo on the back.  I guess no one proofread the design before it went to press!  Major D'oh!  But the overall design rocks!

saturday i waited allllll day for the concert....  we were off by 6ish we got to philly at about 6:30 and we met up with steve and he saved us spots in line so we were like 12th in line... (i you steve you're so awesome!) and then this fye guy was selling wristbands to the people in the front of the line to get vanessas cd and meet her after the show!!!! and we all got them!! so once they let us in at 8 we ran straight to the stage!! i was "front row" if thats what u called them i was leaning on the stage!! !! so i had to sit through TWO opening acts!! some gutterluck dudes or whatever they sucked and then the low millions came on they were a lot better... and then....!!!! the lights dimed...and a spot light shone on the piano and VANESSA CARLTON WALKED OUT IN FRONT OF ME SHE WAS LIKE 2 FEET AWAY!!!!  ahhh she got right into it playing "papa" an amazing song and oh g's the whole thing was just amazing shes so great! omg she did c'est la vie right in front of my on a keyboard she was so close it was so cool!!!  i was close enough to see her set list! ahhh okay well after the show everyone with a wristband stayed to meet vanessa... so well before it was my turn to meet her i turned on my camera and configured it just right so court could just take the picture... just my luck! when my turn came the camera turned off for being idle for so long!!! i was gonna cry... but in the mean time i asked vanessa to sign my piano book (well its HER piano book i mean she wrote the songs and everything but i bought it!) and she was like... oh you play? and i might have said yeah and then she flipped through my book/ her book YES VANESSA CARLTON FLIPPED THROUGH MY PIANO BOOK and she said "this looks really... used. thank you!" and then she signed it... thankyou! peace VC!!!!! ahhhh i dont even care that i couldnt get a pic with her shes so cool im pissed that i ruined my moment tho!!! I RUINED IT! I WAS SO F'IN STAR STRUCK!!! oh well i wanted to tell her that she was my idol and that she inspired me to learn to play piano and that i love her music but i only managed a nodd and a possible "yeah" god i hate me! no i dont cuz i met vanessa carlton!!!!!!! i dont remember coming home that night... i remember getting holla'd at by two guys i remember asking a guy to move a car that blocked us... thats all i remember... i dont need to remember nething that happened after 12:30 anyways!!! ok here are the pictures...
