my friend just told me about this cool online music site.

www.pandora.com

You tell it what type of music you like, by entering the name of the song or artist and it plays songs that have similar qualities that it think you might like, and then based on what it plays you tell it if you like it or not, and then it learns from you every time and gets to know what you like and what you don't like. it's cool because you can find a lot of cool artists that you otherwise might not have found out about...

you can have different radio stations like.. one for one type of music and one for another type that you like... or you can just mix them all together on one station. and it's web based so you don't have to download anything.

it's really fun and actually addicting!

It is fun, I use it sometimes. I've found a couple new artists I like because of it.

I didn't like the results, so I stopped using it. :x I might give it another try someday.

i've been using since yesterday and i've already made a list of 5 people whos album i want to buy, :)

you should give it another try manda and give it a chance to learn your music preferences, then it's so awesome

Oh I will, I used it a while back, and I love looking at the other musicians thread here and checking new people out so I will def try it again to find some new artists to get into

I've been using it for a couple of months(I found out on some other blog); I like it, but I hasn't loaded well lately.

I don't have quite enuff bandwidth at home to support it, but I'll use it at work and school sometimes.

I just found it the other day when yahoo wouldn't let me use their radio anymore. I'm basically in love with it...the only down side is that it has limited skips for free accounts, but other than that I love it!
