I'm not sure if you have this over there, but here we can buy gift cards that work like credit cards, so you purchase it in cash at a store then you can use it online.  Or, if you don't mind using I tunes, you can buy Itunes gift cards also purchased at a store (like Walmart or catch-all store like that) or gas stations sometimes have them as well.

Awesome! Joy was great! Like the 2nd half of the album better...felt like the first half was really label driven..

I liked all the songs on Joy, except "Thanks For Nothing," which, ironically, is a fan favorite. Added more people. And, oh yeah, we should probably put #carousel in our tweets, too. CelestialHorse's latest tweet reminded me.
