No. I'm afraid you're not reading it right.

Nobody is emailing her. It would be a very bad idea for people to bombard them with email. We're leaving it for Katia and the rest of the staff to decide what (if anything) to do. I imagine they'll be handling any contact.

as for selling stuff for profit...don't forget ATR, it's not for profit and it's not the same as nessaholics.com, but when you go to promote it they will say "the NESSAholics."  It's very disturbing.

That's an understandable reaction, but anybody who emails her will be representing nh.com in everything they say (whether they intend to or not).

It will do no good for everybody to start emailing her at this point (especially meaner/abusive stuff). It can only damage the reputation of nh.com. Please, leave it to the staff.

I knew right away when I got that email last night saying to join the "Nessaholic team" that everyone would piss their pants. It's just a name, come on.
