Anybody else notice that it was removed from youtube? Or at least that's what my computer is telling me...

indeed :S WTH??

i can think of some reasons
1) they finally realized how easy it is to steal music from youtube
2) replace the video with just a picture for the actual music video.
3) the song is already on Vanessacarlton.com through soundcloud, perhaps they think doing it this way is better than youtube...or that it should be the only way.

While I can understand that, from a personal point of view I have discovered so many new artists and music through youtube, it is a great advertising tool for artists to create awareness, if I like a song I have not heard before, I will always go and buy it.

I've been so busy and haven't had the chance to follow up with the Forums..gosh, so many updates missed! AND I MISSED THE DAY OF THE ACTUAL RELEASE ARGHH..anyways..

"Carousel" is gorgeous <33 I've listened to it on repeat for the last 1/2 hour..really wonderful job, V!! I can't wait to see a new video!!

I agree! I have been listening to it quite a few times  the last few days. Good thing that no one really is upstairs but me XD I'd probably get annoyed looks for repeating it. I can't help it, if I love a song I put it on repeat XD;

Carousel on soundcloud is no longer a private track.

you can listen by going to http://soundcloud.com/vanessacarlton
and this also means that posting the song to facebook (for example) will actually let people be able to hear the song if they click that play button..
whereas before if you did that, the song would not play unless they actually went to the link.

I finally managed to listen to the track (been kinda internet strapped for the past week or so!)

I LOVE the bridge... I mean that took me apart... the clapping? the choir? I'm in LOVE.
